ABOUT RAY LYNCH

I am a native of East Tennessee and a life-long resident. I know and appreciate our beautiful area.

I have been a licensed Realtor since 1994. During my career I have sold and marketed many properties in the Knox and Blount County areas.

I currently live in The City of Farragut, in west Knox County.  I grew up in the Friendsville area of Blount County. After graduating from Friendsville High School, I attended the University of Tennessee majoring in Animal Science. I studied real estate at Pellissippi State Technical and Community College. To be of better service to my clients, I have achieved the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations.

HOW I CAN HELP YOU

I believe real estate is a personal service business. I know that you expect knowledge and skill from the Realtor that you hire in the area of financing, contracts, negotiating and marketing. Select a Realtor with a track record of producing results. Buying and selling a home should not be left to chance and is not something that you let a "friend try". Trust the buying and selling of your home only to a professional. Accept nothing less than excellence.

Whether you are looking to buy or sell a home, a home site, or investment property, I promise results for you and communication along the way. I invite you to call me to explore how I may assist you.

Thank you!

Ray Lynch,
Realtor, ABR, GRI

ABOUT KNOXVILLE AND EAST TENNESSEE

Knoxville is conveniently located close to The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Dollywood, Gatlinburg and many area lakes.  You can go to Dollywood in the afternoon and The Knoxville Symphony that night.  Knoxville is 2nd only to Manhattan for the number of restaurants per person.  Because of our close proximity to Nashville, many restaurants and clubs have a lively and largely undiscovered local music scene.

We have a broad range of activities throughout the year for a variety of interests.  The Dogwood Arts Festival, Kummba Festival, Greek Festival, The Honda Hoot, Rossini Festival plus several Celtic Festivals pay tribute to our heritage and diversity.

The City of Knoxville's population is approximately 178,000. Our median home price is $149,900.  Knoxville offers plenty of jobs within the hightech Tennessee Valley Corridor. In 2006, Farmer's Insurance rated Knoxville the 12th safest city in which to live. CNN ranked the area the 10th best retire. Forbes Magazine said that we live in the 5th best place in the U.S. for businesses or careers and the 14th lowest city for the cost of doing business.  Knoxville and East Tennessee have been ranked the No. 1 place for young college graduates to live and work.  Boating Life Magazine ranked Knoxville the 3rd best place for living and boating.  Expansion Management Magazine ranked the Knoxville region third among midsize cities for relocation and expansion.  MSNMoney ranked Knoxville 34 for housing appreciation this year.  It listed our appreciation rate as 2.29% for the 2nd quarter of 2007, 7.85% for the year of 2006, and 41.2% total apprecation since 2001.
